Overall This company did a good job. The technicians were very friendly and they were in and out very fast. It was a little hard to get a hold of the company when I called with questions about my appointment, however they did return my call. I would use them again.

They added charges that I didn't really understand. I only have 8 vents and I was charged for 12. I paid for 2 since only 10 were counted in the groupon. Not sure how they counted 12.

On time and very nice. First time getting my ductwork cleaned, so I wanted to make sure it was done thoroughly. I did have to follow up to make sure every duct was cleared. Overall good job, I’m satisfied.
