What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
Through our small group personal training program we provide professionally supervised and structured fitness programming, along with semi-customized nutrition and goal planning. We base our programs on science, adaptation to fitness training, appropriate nutritional changes, and the right mindset.

Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
We change our fitness programming every 6 to 8 weeks. Each training phase builds on the previous phase taking into account the different energy systems our bodies use and the different methods in which our bodies progress in training. Monitoring progress is the best way to feed motivation.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
Fitness is one part of living a life of excellence. If you want to be able to enjoy what life has to offer you must maintain a good level of health and fitness. There is a direct correlation between pushing your body physically and your ability to then demand more from your self mentally.

What do you love most about your job?
Helping people progress through difficulties. Most of the time when we experience a lack of results in our fitness goals, it's due to a combination of; not doing the right things, and letting a specific excuse or two tell us why we can't hit our goals. It's a mind game.
