In order to truly understand Intense 360 Cryo, each part of our name should be considered. “Cryo” refers to a system of therapy known as cryotherapy, which uses very cold temperatures to activate a central nervous system response, leading to multiple health and beauty benefits. The “360” refers to the total body experience. Unlike nitrogen tubular saunas, clients step into an electric cooled “cryo room/booth.” This ensures true total body cold coverage.
