Intermix offers semi-private and private classes tending to each client’s specific needs and goals. Our boutique studio has no heavy equipment and focuses on the safest approach in training: body-weight training implementing the latest fitness trends.
Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
We motivate all by keeping close contact with everyone. Each client gets 24/7 support from his or her trainer, motivating consistency in their workouts. Home assignments and custom travel workouts are set up for clients on the go.
What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
You can go and attend many classes or not. We want to offer something beyond just that. It is important to have constant support and motivation to truly see results. We want to guide you to a healthier overall being and be there every step of the way and that’s what inspired Intermix Fitness!
What do you love most about your job?
It’s not just about staying fit and healthy here at Intermix. Our program is truly life changing for some. Helping people recover from past injuries, regain energy levels, and go beyond expectations are just a few to mention!

Since the age of 5, Almas Meirmanov has been a master of such feats, working with professional circuses worldwide and winning medals at international competitions. Now, Alma—a celebrity trainer—has taken his expertise in acrobatics and gymnastics and combined it with resistance bands to form his own full-body workout program based on using moderate resistance with maximum repetitions. The program helps each client build strength and stamina with minimal recovery time and maximal results.During small group classes, clients execute a variety of techniques to target specific muscle groups.
