At FitnessWorksNYC hosted by International Krav Maga New York, instructor Angie Lee’s two fitness classes represent her latest evolution in strength and conditioning work. During FightWorks, students unleash kickboxing strikes on freestanding bags, torching calories while toning up muscles and honing their dexterity. FightWorksS&C splits its workouts into intense circuits, blending traditional strength and conditioning workouts with pylometrics and drills inspired by an international array of martial arts. Students may attend classes barefoot or with indoor shoes. Boxing gloves can be provided, but for hygiene reasons, Krav Maga New York requests that students bring their own or purchase them at the location.<p>

All the instructors at Krav Maga Experts have been certified by Gabi Noah at the World Krav Maga Center in Israel, where the system was developed for the use of the Israeli Defense Forces.
