The Intrepid Theatre Company kicks off its 2016 Staged Reading Series with Richard Greenberg's Pulitzer Prize-nominated play, preceded by a wine reception with buffet-style appetizers at the Encinitas Library. Three Days of Rain finds the adult children of a famed architect surprised and struggling with the revelation that he's willed his iconic house to the son of his former business partner. But the past and present cleverly come together when the trio of actors playing the offspring then take on the roles of their own parents, revealing the answer to the mystery.
This play is recommended for those age 18 and older.
This is not a full production, but a reading of the play.
