What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
We wanted to combine our investigation and intel analyst expertise. We didn't want to just chase cheating spouses, we wanted to help businesses grow, work with local law enforcement to solve crimes, and help business hire the best employees by offering them our deep character studies.

What do you love most about your job?
Catching the bad guy, or solving a major problem for our client. Using our state of the art programs and knowledge, we are able to venture into areas no other investigators dare. This gives us an unprecedented advantage in acquiring clients that would traditionally hire an attorney.

What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?
Our clients are always happy with our work. We never make a promise we can't keep. We are very upfront with our clients about expectations, and keep them informed during the investigation. For this reason our clients are happy with our efforts, even if we don't give them he news they wanted.
