I've tried SAVING the edited/cropped photo 1,000 times and it won't save my changes. Any suggestions? I can't continue with the personalizing process until it saves the image. GRRRRRRR!

Q:

Every time I create and save ("finish") my card, I can't see the final product. It says 'your card looks amazing', but no picture shows up so I don't want to continue because I want to verify it actually has my picture on the card. I have re-done it literally 40 times and get the same X in the box where a picture should show up. What is going on??
