What do you love most about your job?

The greatest part is being able help people by providing an affordable and convenient option when their phone needs repairing. Our phones are a huge part of our day to day lives, and unfortunately, it's so easy to break your phone. Being able to help people repair their phone at a minimal expense and maximum convenience is very gratifying.

What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?

The 'shock factor' of the speed of the repair, and the fact that they received a charger and case with the repair. People love to have a high value experience, and in offering such, all of the awesome pleasant reactions are great!
