I would have given her 5 stars because she's very efficient and her machine is of very good quality ( unlike other clinics). My face felt very clean and it cleared some of my dark spots. However, the downside is she will not prioritize you if you buy it from Groupon, and she won't open the door or respond to your message. I was there early before my appointment time but she waited for another customer and do her first.
