About Iron Chef
The crew at Iron Chef uses traditional Japanese teppanyaki methods to sizzle up MSG- and preservative-free meats and veggies in iron griddles. Using only water (never oil), the team cooks teriyaki dishes with chicken, beef, or shrimp, serving the whole shebang over steamed rice. And they will happily swap in yakisoba noodles for rice, or prepare a vegetarian version upon request. They also create a lineup of other Asian specialties, including pineapple chicken, ginger pork, and handmade dumplings.
