The Culinary Experience, an interactive and informative food expo, teaches cooking techniques, unveils innovative kitchen equipment, and encourages guests to get involved in food-related activities. The expo's exhibitors introduce guests to kitchen-remodeling options, dinner-party-planning essentials, current trends in casual and fine dining, and ways to discreetly pick leafy greens from teeth on a first date. On three kitchen stages, local chefs demonstrate the preparation of menu items from their restaurants. During 30-minute classes of 25 guests, local chefs share culinary secrets in an interactive, intimate setting. Throughout the exhibition, guests may indulge in food samples, testing their newfound ability to consume up to six hummus-spread gourmet crackers at once.
