Iron Chefs' culinartists cook up a collection of authentic Japanese cuisine, including several hibachi dinners that are sliced, sheared, grilled, and tossed into mouths table side. Get cozy in community-style tables or open booths as the engaging chefs perform the hibachi steak dinner, a meaty show that takes place after an opening act of salad, fried shrimp, zucchinis, mushrooms, broccoli, and steamed Japanese rice ($16.95). Sushi selections include the california roll ($5.25), spicy-tuna roll ($6.25), and the geisha roll, whose fresh-water eel canvas is painted with tuna, salmon, white tuna, flying-fish roe, and tempura crunch ($14.25).
