No two workouts are ever the same at Iron Core CrossFit, by design. The trainers' functional-movement-oriented workouts change every day, and can be scaled by intensity and weight to match any exerciser's particular skills and fitness level which means that all fitness levels are welcome. The fitness facility also offers boot-camp programs that closely resemble CrossFit classes; the key difference between the two being a lack of weightlifting, which can, at times, act as a restraint for some participants.
