The Boot Camp workouts at Iron Core cross fit are excellent and fast paced. The environment Jason creates is casual and I felt welcomed and comfortable there on my first day of workouts.

Make sure you stretch before working out. And try to start a work out routine before starting Cross Fit.

About Iron Core CrossFit

No two workouts are ever the same at Iron Core CrossFit, by design. The trainers' functional-movement-oriented workouts change every day, and can be scaled by intensity and weight to match any exerciser's particular skills and fitness level which means that all fitness levels are welcome. The fitness facility also offers boot-camp programs that closely resemble CrossFit classes; the key difference between the two being a lack of weightlifting, which can, at times, act as a restraint for some participants.
