About The Iron Cycle
The Iron Cycle combines faced-paced cardio, strength-building resistance training, and yoga into its fitness regimen. Before getting on the bike, exercisers work with kettlebells, utilizing the specially designed weights for dynamic, functional lifting workouts that promote full-body stability and strength. Participants then climb onto their bikes for a hard indoor ride. Unlike many other cycling classes, the studio uses Real Ryder stationary bikes. These unique bikes simulate an on-road handling experience with natural, progressive resistance. At the end of the workout, clients cool down with the ZenCycle, which mixes cycling with yoga.
