Our hour-long classes are full of highly variable activities to keep you engaged and having fun while burning calories.
Each class is led by a certified instructor and will last roughly one hour. The Group Fitness Classes are designed to challenge you, yet stay within the scope of your fitness and skill level. All skill levels are welcomed! Classes include: a general warm-up, a skill component, a workout and a cool-down.
Class sizes are limited to adhere to social distancing guidelines outlined by the State of Maryland.
Iron Strong Fitness is a strength and conditioning facility that prides itself in being 100% dedicated and invested in helping you achieve your goals. It doesn’t matter your age, fitness level, athletic ability, or exercise experience. We adapt our workouts to your individual needs and will do all we can to get you the results you want!
