Owner Sherry Hopkins’ outgoing and positive attitude inspires her students to push themselves to their limits during each one-hour CrossFit training session. Besides her upbeat outlook, she relies on her background in gymnastics to lead the classes, which incorporate functional and gymnastic movements, as well as weightlifting and resistance exercises.
