At Tribe CrossFit, a team of qualified trainers help students of all skill levels and body types exceed their personal fitness goals with team-oriented workouts that build functional strength, endurance, and lean, rippling muscle. Rather than sentencing their classes to boring bouts on a treadmill, instructors keep their pupils engaged and ready to face any challenge with ever-changing interactive Workouts of the Day (or WODs), which include tasks such as flipping tires, hoisting barbells, and throwing weight machines into the sun. During one-hour workouts, members build bonds with their fellow trainees, pushing each other to crush their self-doubt and boost their confidence as they build muscle and burn fat.
