ISKO

During classes held at Aum Center Yoga, senior instructor Vinnu Senthil leads students in Kaleripayattu, one of the world's oldest forms of martial arts. Kaleripayattu originated in India, and integrates yoga into its practice. Students can also train in Silambam, a blend of Kundalini yoga and stick-fighting. When leading these classes, Vinnu draws from a lifetime of training and mastery in his field—he boasts a third-degree black belt in karate, he's studied martial arts since the age of 6, and he's the last boss in most video games.
