- Must sign waiver. Younger than 18 must have guardian-signed waiver.
- Must be 18 years or older to rent the boat.
- Fuel surcharge of $6.00 a gallon not included.
- Must have current boaters safety course or born before 1988 to be a driver.
- A $50 processing fee and a $25 cleaning fee is not included with the Groupon and applies to all bookings..
- Excessive Cleaning Fee: Any excessive cleaning needed may incur an additional charge of $50.00 for trash removal, stains, food, or fish/ ink removal.
