Islands Fish Grill
Jared Moretti grew up in a family in the restaurant industry, so he was naturally drawn to the culinary arts. He eventually graduated from the Culinary Institute of America in New York, sharpening his skills at Disney and various Florida restaurants before taking over Islands Fish Grill with his family. Since then, he's put together a menu that pays homage to the region's fresh, premium seafood, serving everything from the signature onion-crusted grouper to filet mignon. He accompanies main dishes with a variety of seasonally balanced side dishes, and prepares homemade post-meal sweets, such as key-lime pie and creme brûlée. Just as lively and vibrant as Jared's food is the ocean-adjacent space, which features a fun tropical color palate and a selection of beach-inspired paintings from local artists.
