This place was great! They took such good care of me and redeemed my expired groupon AND didn't charge me any additional fees for my iPad screen actually not being covered by the groupon I bought. I walked in expecting a headache and for them to charge me at least something. But no. The gentleman helping me said "We just want to take care of you". Outstanding service from Khaled and his coworker. Quite a far trip from my house but I will definitely use them again.

Friendly and quick -- was able to pick up my iPad mini later in the afternoon. Replaced the broken glass and fixed the touch screen problems. Major convenience that they are close to where I live and near the big Target on Peterson where I had errands to do.
The iPad is working great -- so far, no problems. SOOOO much better than the rip-off place in the mall kiosk where I took it last time it cracked!
