We are teachers first and foremost. At your request we will explain the steps we are taking and give you a better understanding of how your PC works. You can turn this PC tuneup into a training session.
What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
I was tired of big box stores taking advantage of people. Charging upwards of $200.00 per hour and taking two weeks or more to complete service is not how computer repair should be. We adopted a remote service model because repairs can be completed affordably and promptly.
What do you love most about your job?
I am a people person which is rare in my profession. I love that I get to meet different people every day. I also like to help people. I do free work for local small businesses and charities.
What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?
I told a customer how to fix his laptop over the phone in 5 minutes and then refused to accept payment. He said that there was another shop that wanted to charge him $100 to fix his laptop. That is the kind of interaction I love.
