Do you need to have Microsoft Office installed on the computer you use for the this? Does this only "prepare" someone for certification but not certify you with this deal? Is there something else you would need to complete and if so what is the cost involved?

Our apologies for the delay. These courses do not include copies of any Microsoft Office programs. This course does not include certification. Certification exams cost $80 each.

As this is an online course. What materials to we receive and get to keep? For instance, if we need a reference to look up or to go back and retake one of the training courses? Does this course include courses for all of the Office 2010 package ie. Word Excel, Powerpoint are mentioned in your write up. How about Access, Outlook, Publisher and OneNote?

Thanks for your interest. You have 12 months of access to the online materials.
This course bundle covers both the 2007 and 2010 versions. However, the basic concepts can be used for all versions being used today. You can see the included courses by going here.
