Q:

I see the answer regarding office 2007, but I only have Office 2003....will this course still be beneficial with such an outdated version. Also, access is not part of my Microsoft office. What exactly is access used for?

Brenda M.  asked on  Feb 6, 2013

A:

The course would still help you with basic functions even if you're working with an older version. That being said, there might be some difference. Access is a database tool for gathering and understanding a variety of information. For example, your phone numbers, inventory, guest lists, or anything else you'd like to track.

Q:

Is this a prep class only for which the student would need to pursue the MS Certification separately, correct? You are not providing MS Certification, correct?

Donna R.  asked on  Feb 6, 2013

A:

This course bundle prepares you for certification, but it does not include the cost of the exams to get certified. Exams are $80 each. For information regarding certification, we suggest contacting a testing center near you. Click HERE to find a location!
