ITD,LLC is amazing!! They showed up at 850 appt was at 9 and they was ready to go. It took them all of 20 minutes to put my tv and mount up. I'm already scheduling appts so they can mount 2 more TVs in my house. GREAT JOB GUYS!!!

Michelle, Jeffrey, and jason had great customer service. I just followed the groupon instructions called to set up an appointment for my install and they were more than helpful with working around my schedule. Jason the installer was very friendly on time and explained what he was doing and why. Once he was finished he showed me how to tilt or untilt my mount and now my tv is perfect. I would highly recommend this company to anyone and will definitely consider using there services again for another tv in my home. Thanks for the great service ITD, LLC

The price from Groupon was a good deal and I am happy with the work overall. The worker was professional and conducted the services with integrity. However, the owner of the business was not professional nor was she capable of holding a constructive conversation when there was an issue about the mileage. To respond to the customer "I will be the bigger person" and turning the difference of opinion into a personal matter is almost sad. Female business owners should not conduct business with this verbiage. I almost felt as though she was trying to hussle a client and a client who had inquired about future services in which in light of the poor customer care service from the owner will never happen. Business etiquette class is possibly needed.
