Q:

Is this a licensing prep course for the test? Or just an intro to the process?

Brian K.  asked on  Sep 4, 2012

A:

Dear Brian. The 75 hour licensing course is the NYS Department of State requirement to become a nys licensed salesperson. You also have to pass DOS's. Our stats are great if you pass our test with a 75 or higher + review your strengths with us 99 percent of our students pass the State's test the first time. The third requirement is that you Must have a sponsoring broker who supervises you and trains you for a minimum of 2 yrs before you can meet the additional requirements for becoming a broker. We are pleased to have net working for our students where they can meet brokers who are eager to higher students. Our 2 hour prep is to really help you pass our test. If you have any other questions please feel free to contact me. Ivy Beloff
