Q:

From reading the Q&As already submitted, it sounds like the modules are to be done at your site, not remotely. Is that correct? How much does it cost to take the school test after all modules are completed? How much does it cost to take the state exam? Are there any other charges associated with taking the school and state exams? What is the specific title of the text book that is used? Are there any other books or materials that need to be purchased? 5 questions in all. Thanks!

Q:

hi just purchased this groupon, wondering how soon I can come in and get started? 1. to get the learning materials and 2. how soon may I take a first module? also, do you need to register for the class youre taking in advance, if so how far in advance do they book up?

A:

thank you for purchasing our classes. I am sure you will enjoy and learn a lot about real estate and how to really apply your knowledge. You can start as early as this evening. we are still at our old site 352 7th avenue 16th Fl. (Between 30 and 29th St.) until Saturday. Then we will be at our new State of the Art Learning Center 15 West 39th Street 3rd Fl. NYC 10018 (Between 5th &* 6th Avenue) Unfortunately our telephone via verizon is not functioning properly right now. Hopefully it will be fixed by this evening. In the meantime My cell number is 917 5757 8557. The cost for the book and supplementary materials are $50.00. You need to bring in your groupon voucher, a notebook, highlighter, pen/or pencil and calculator for math classes. You need to sign up officially at least 1/2 hr. before you start. We need to sign you with with our identifying number for the DOS and track that you comply with all 20 modules. The beauty of our school is once you are enrolled you can come and go as you want for example you do not have to do module 1 to do module 2. Tonight's Class at 6PM is contract and leases. So You would need to come in before 5:30PM and sign up and get your materials. Some students like to read the sections beforehand. However, it is not necessary. In fact because John & I opened this school to really teach you how to evaluate your clients and customers.in 20 minutes, evaluate who is a good broker to go to and the important disclosures in addtition to all of the knowledge you need to pass your exams. If you ever feel you do not understand a module you are welcome to come back at no cost. If you have any further questions please feel free to contact me. Ivy

Q:

How much are the course materiels? For the 20 modules there is a teacher or is it a computer class? How much instruction is there?

john t.  asked on  Nov 14, 2012

A:

Dear John, Thank you for your inquiry. Please be advised that the book is the most current one written by Marcia Spada who also wrote the States Test. This s the book that is included with our supplementary materials at the cost of $50.00. This course is in classroom for the 75 hrs. we also offer an additional tutoring class for those that need it. We offer a flexible schedule for the 20 modules we are open most weeks Monday thru Sunday and the beauty of our school is that you do not have to do module 1 to module 2 they are all independent of one another. Also we rotate classes so you can do the course in as little as 2 weeks or up to 6 mos. If you have any further questions please feel free to contact me. Ivy
