- Haircut with Partial Highlights—-Partial Highlight Includes minimum number of up-to 10 Foils to achieve highlights in desired locations and Haircut. (1 Toner Included) —as long as hair only requires a toner to soften tones and not for cancelling unwanted hues there will no charge.
