Within the walls of J5 CrossFit you will find 11,000 square feet of epic training possibilities. Walking in for the first time, you will notice that we are heavily influenced by our country’s armed services from the (2) 20’ flags to the black and olive drab green color scheme.

Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
Every time you walk in the door you will be greeted by friends and welcomed as family. We offer classes for everyone, from the beginner to the serious athlete. We believe in the crawl, walk, run, and then fly mentality.
