Inside the dining room, servers sling spicy jerk chicken, curry goat, and escoveitch, a.k.a. red snapper. Downstairs in the lounge, bartenders blend fresh fruit juices and rum together for Ja' Grill's own signature Ja’ rum punch, which cools off tongues marinating in the spices of a savory oxtail stew.
