About Jabz Boxing
Jabz Boxing Fitness for Women is a 55 minute circuit workout that combines boxing exercises with cardio, strength training, plyometrics, and numerous other boxing training exercises that are tailored for women of all ages. Our workouts change constantly to ensure there will be new challenges. Every Jabz class will be run by one of our Certified Jabz Trainers to guide you on proper form. Whether your level of fitness is beginner or advanced, Jabz trainers will push you to your own personal limits and help you obtain your fitness goals.
