Trainer was friendly and stayed with me throughout the class during the intro. The routine is very strenuous on the body with all the up and down off the floor in-between the boxing routines.

Choose Between Two Options

During each 45-minute class, tailored to all experience levels, students hit heavy bags, work with medicine balls and battle ropes, and enter the ring for ab exercises. Classes are structured around 40–60 seconds of exercises, each separated by 25 seconds of push ups, burpees, or other calorie-focused workouts. MMA training gloves are required for workouts and are available for purchase at the facility.

About Jabz Boxing Fitness for Women


Jabz Boxing can seem a bit overwhelming the first time you walk through the fitness studio's door. But just 10 minutes into your first class, things start to make sense. Far from intimidating, the workouts present a fun and refreshing change of pace, with constantly changing exercises that incorporate everything from interval bike training to jump-rope drills.

Inspired by the techniques of boxing, the workouts also incorporate swift jabs to punching bags and other non-combative exercises taken straight from the ring. Classes can be taken at any level of fitness, so beginners can ease into the workouts and experts don't have to challenge themselves by precariously balancing dumbbells on their foreheads.
