What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
We cater to every individual by making personalized complexes. We are not obsessed like some gym cultures with certain styles of training. We do it all, our training philosophies come from power lifting, strongman, athletic training, body building, metabolic training, power cardio, and even yoga!
Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
Through subtle encouragement and cues e.g little lower, little faster, come on you can get lower. Also I add more weight and tell my people to add weight on a regular basis. Most people are motivated by the other Hammerheads as well as myself especially if I am lifting.
What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
I lifted for 9 years off and on and eventually got serious with my training and decided I would never stop. I started JST to try to get others to fall in love with the fitness lifestyle and hope that once you start you never stop.
What do you love most about your job?
Seeing people crush goals things like squatting 100 pounds, getting a first pull up, or doing their first adventure race are the things that I love!
