Phenomenal Experience!! Only my 2nd time on a SUP. Brief Land intro (with physical distance) to learn strokes before hitting the water. Then practice on SUP on water before going on a roundtrip. Great pace for everyone, so comfortable, fun and still challenging. Instructor kept us all safe and shared insight about the Intercoastal and eco. Perfect combo, I loved every minute and highly recommend!!
Great service, exceptional price! Will definitely come back to do more classes once the weather is warmer. Instructors were amazing! Really made me feel safe and confident, it was my first time but I was able to catch a few waves thanks to their instruction and assistance. Would recommend to everyone.

Standup paddleboarding is a low-impact workout, and it’s considered easy enough for people of all ages and fitness levels.
