That's because each plate of Red Stripe chicken, Rude Boy jerk shrimp, and Brown Stew Fish comes from Executive Chef Barbara Renfro's personal recipe collection, which caught the attention of Guy Fieri on Food Network's Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives. Born and raised in Jamaica, Barbara spent many years preparing and amassing a variety of recipes that mix bold spices; sautéed vegetables; and slices of seared chicken, beef, and seafood. While the food draws diners into the restaurant, live music every Friday and Saturday night entices guests to stay and relax instead of rushing home to listen in on their neighbor's karaoke party.
