Q:

Would Glaze be considered as single process color? Also, i have had henna treatment on July15 2012 which is wearing off. Can the color still be done this week?

ANIL K.  asked on  Sep 22, 2012

A:

Good Morning Anil. A glaze, or as we say Gloss, would be considered single process. The henna treatment shouldn't affect the haircolor service, however your visit will start with a full consultation before any services start. If it is determined that you can't receive the color service, you may call Groupon and request a refund or gift the Groupon to somebody else

Q:

Could you please tell me in what exactly the Kérastase Treatment consist?

luz g.  asked on  Sep 21, 2012

A:

Good Afternoon Luz. The Kerastase Treatment is a luxurious conditioning treatment that is so highly concentrated, it can only be applied in-salon. These treatments are incredibly moisturizing and custom blended to repair dryness and damage. Q:

Is the single process coloring the same as a single color highlighting?

Sue A.  asked on  Sep 21, 2012

A:

Good Morning Sue. This Groupon doesn't include any hi-lighting unfortunately. Single process color would only include an all over permanent or demi-permanent color service and any foil work would be additional. Let me know if you have any other questions.

Q:

i'd like to get ombre hair. is that considered a single-process color?

Cinthia R.  asked on  Sep 18, 2012

A:

Good Afternoon Cinthia, Thank you for your interest in our offer. Unfortunately, an Ombre is not considered single process because some foil work is required. The foiling would cost anywhere from $50-$175 depending on who you see and your desired results. If you'd like, we can set you up for a color consultation with one of our stylists and you can discuss your desired look and pricing before purchasing the Groupon.
