• Tickets are valid for kids 3-12 and Adults 13+.

• Free admission for children under 3

• Younger than 16 must be accompanied by a guardian

• Not valid for special events. Due to social distancing, groups of more than 10 are not allowed. If you have a group larger than 10 we'd suggest booking back-to-back tour slots which are just 10 minutes apart.

• Your reservation is only valid for the date and time you book for. Late arrivals will not be permitted to enter JAMNOLA unless capacity allows. If you are late or miss your tour time you will need to reschedule and rebooking fees apply.

Plan Ahead

• Younger than 16 must be accompanied by guardian.

• Timed-ticketing requires you are early or exactly on-time for your tour. If you are late for or miss your tour-time you will need to reschedule and incur rebooking fees.

• If you need to reschedule within 24 hours or less of your reservation time, please email info@jamnola.com (rescheduling fees apply)

• We ask for a minimum of 24 hours advance notice for any reservation changes or cancellations. If you wish to change your reservation with less than 24 hours' notice you will be subject to pay $5/ person on your reservation. There is a $10 / person rescheduling fee if you need to reschedule within 2 hours of your tour time or miss your tour time all together. All requests to exchange tickets should be directed to info@jamnola.com

Please be on time for your reservation. Give yourself enough time to account for Uber drivers getting lost, traffic and anything else that could happen. If you miss your tour time and are even a few minutes late, your tickets are no longer valid. A minimum of 24 hours advanced notice are required for any reservation changes at info@jamnola.com.
