Not valid for special events. Due to social distancing, groups of more than 10 are not allowed. If you have a group larger than 10 we’d suggest booking back-to-back tour slots which are just 10 minutes apart.
- Your reservation is only valid for the date and time you book for. Late arrivals will not be permitted to enter JAMNOLA unless capacity allows. If you are late or miss your tour time you will need to reschedule and rebooking fees apply.

Timed-ticketing requires you are early or exactly on-time for your tour. If you are late for or miss your tour-time you will need to reschedule and incur rebooking fees.

We ask for a minimum of 24 hours advance notice for any reservation changes or cancellations. If you wish to change your reservation with less than 24 hours’ notice you will be subject to pay $5/ person on your reservation. There is a $10 / person rescheduling fee if you need to reschedule within 2 hours of your tour time or miss your tour time all together. All requests to exchange tickets should be directed to firstname.lastname@example.org
Please be on time for your reservation. Give yourself enough time to account for Uber drivers getting lost, traffic and anything else that could happen. JAMNOLA represents Joy, Art, and Music—New Orleans, the city's first experiential art pop-up exhibition space. Visitors of all ages can experience the culture and history of New Orleans through the lens of over 20 local artists and creatives. A short walk from the French Quarter makes it an easily accessible location to explore for both locals and visitors.
