To create Japon Sushi’s Cherry Blossom roll, chefs wrap fresh seafood and veggies inside a cucumber skin, and then float the bundle in a house-made vinaigrette sauce. The creative roll, almost like edible art, joins two dozen signature rolls that pack ingredients such as crispy crawfish tail, spicy escolar, and lobster salad inside sesame soy paper and egg sheets. Other dishes include: stuffed avocados, tofu steak, baked mussels, homemade gyoza and vegetable dumplings.
