Staff was good. Unfortunately the weather didn't cooperate so the views were not as good as they would have been on a clear day. We went late in October - I would definitely recommend going earlier in the year

It was fun! The people were nice and warned us about the weather/ clarity before we got our tickets. The only bad part was getting there!! There's nothing you can do about construction and detours, but even finally getting up the mountain to the parking lot, the signage was terrible.
