As diners settle around tables, servers pour 2 ounces of each libation, the first of which is aptly named C’est Si Bon, an infusion of tangerine peel into juicy tears tickled out of grapes in Southern France. Nero Misto boasts aromas of fresh strawberry, plum, and pomegranate levitating from its ruby-colored surface. Finally, duos and quartets down red pools of Elyse’s A.K.A. to cap off their drinkable adventures. Inside the dining area, soft lighting illuminates each sip, and brick archways form the entrance to an outdoor patio area where patrons can sip wines and inhale uninhibited amounts of oxygen.
