During indoor and outdoor sessions, trainers lead high-intensity routines of cardiovascular and strength-training exercises. The workouts are constantly varied and call upon functional equipment such as dumbbells, barbells, tractor tires, and fire hoses. To prevent workout boredom, the instructors infuse classes with games, obstacle courses, scavenger hunts, and rounds of kickboxing.
