What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
This isn’t your ’80s workout any more. Instructors go through weeks of intense training to be able to effectively lead classes and cue students so that they get the best workout possible. With a combined set of aerobic and resistance training in 60 minutes, you get a full-body workout!
Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
Set structures vary from class to class and we are constantly learning new routines every week to keep the variety for our students. Music is from the latest hits and is sure to keep you moving to blast off those calories. We ensure [that we] cue correct technique and provide low-impact options as well.
What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
We enjoy providing a fun and effective workout and keeping people healthy. When customers say, “I can’t believe that was an hour already,” it’s amazing. Break the trend! We all know what the current workout trends are. Try it out and be a part of something spectacular that is building in NYC!
What do you love most about your job?
Working with the students and enhancing their health and lifestyle. We really are like an extended family and we enjoy each other’s company a lot. It’s always nice to go to class and know you are going to have a great workout.
