Q:

Hi. I actually have been, and still am, teaching a low impact aerobics class at a local high school since the late 80's and enjoy being physically active. I just turned 60 and I don't really want to be in a class where everyone is in their 20's and 30's anymore, but I am definitely not up for a seniors class. I am wondering what the age group in your classes is and what the days and times of classes is, as I still work. Also, I don't really enjoy zumba because it' a lot knee stress, is jazzercise the same moves as zumba? Thanks for any info !

A:

Hey Dee! People of all ages enjoy Jazzercise classes, but we do always recommend talking to your physician before starting a new workout! Once you have done that, you can always modify any movement in the class to make it best suit your body and your exercise needs!

Q:

HI If I buy this groupon can I just go to the classes on your schedule or do I have to sign up for certain exact times for the 20 classes? Also want to be sure the location on Bass Road in Fort Myers is really low impact? thank you Dorothy Buchholz

Dot B.  asked on  Jun 11, 2013

A:

Hello Dot -- You may attend any regular Jazzercise classes -- including Low Impact -- on the facility's schedule, as many times a week as you'd like until all of your classes are used. I do see that the Bass Road facility offers Low Impact classes only. Have fun!
