My experience started off terrible because Groupon tied up my purchase due to some delay in the purchase. Not certain what exactly happened but Pitts N Packers worked with me to schedule the appointment. They showed up on time and finished ahead of time. The guys barely took a moment to hydrate. Would definitely hire them again but directly and not through Groupon.

I LOVE PITTS N PACKERS! I recently moved on Saturday, 03/03/2018 & had 3 movers, Dominique, Charles and Christian (I apologize if I got the name wrong but remember it started with a C.) Dominique called me when they were 30 minutes out & they arrived promptly. They came in the apartment to get an idea of what all I had and that needed to be moved & they started right away. I had them for 4 hours and it took right about 2 hours ( which was fine b/c I lived on the 3rd floor of my apartment and they had to move things to the elevator down to the exit and then to the truck). It was slight traffic on I-85 but we arrived at my new apartment which was on the 1st floor and they got everything moved in and off the truck in a little under an hour and stayed within the 4-hour window I had. They were very efficient, worked as a team, and did not damage any of my goods and even connected my w/d back together at my new apartment. I will use them again in the future for my next move and would HIGHLY reccomend them to use! Thanks again!

Movers showed up on time and ready to go! They were awesome and so helpful. They were professional and kind, they also kept on schedule really well. We will absolutely use them again for our next move.

The overall experience started when I called and spoke to Britney in the office. She is a true professional! I knew that it was going to be a good experience. The guys were a few minutes late but made up the time by being very quick in their packing. The completed the job in right under 3 hours (which is what I paid for) and that included disassembly and assembly of furniture and washer and dryer. I would definitely choose them again for my next move!
