- During run analysis sessions, the customer is videotaped while running on a treadmill to identify any problem areas that need to be corrected. Once the video is recorded, the run coach analyzes the footage and comes up with a plan of action on how to fix any issues and create a running plan tailored to the customer that aims to improve their running form.
