Prior to the reflexology session, clients will undergo a general Q&A with the reflexologist to determine what specific needs the client would like to address during the session. A licensed professional will wrap warm towels around a foot while other reflex points such as the ankle and skin are being massaged and follow-up with any other specific pressure-points that may need attention. Sessions aim to relieve tension and pain throughout the body, soothe specific organ systems, and promote overall wellness.

About Jean Marie Salon & Spa
There are haircuts, and there are luxurious hair and scalp services. At Jean Marie Salon & Spa, an Aveda Concept Salon, clients get the latter experience. After a complimentary scalp massage, the stylist applies a custom conditioner to the hair and scalp; as the conditioner gets to work balancing hair, clients relax during a hand and arm massage and enjoy a heated, aroma-infused eye pillow. That's just the beginning—from there, the stylists can cut and style hair; apply all-over color, foils, or glossing treatments; or deep-condition hair with keratin or botanical express treatments. Along with hair care, Jean Marie Salon & Spa pampers skin with a variety of treatments that include anti-aging facials, microdermabrasion, and rosemary-mint body wraps. Nail services are also available, minus the noxious scents—instead, guests choose an Aveda Essentials aroma to begin their manicure or pedicure.
