$149 for a Children's Weeklong Summer Program ($372 Value)
For three hours, Monday–Friday, a trained instructor strengthens kids' skills in English, reading and writing, math, and problem-solving math. The classes, which contain no more than 4 students each, also include two diagnostic tests to determine how much each student has improved. The program is 15 hours total.
Since 1981, Sung Hoon Park and his team of educators in South Korea have taught JEI Learning Centers' signature self-learning method, which they eventually brought over to the United States, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand. At each location, trained staff members combine diagnostics, a comprehensive curriculum, and an individually paced, step-by-step learning system to help kids build confidence when it comes to problem solving. In addition to focused Math, English, and Reading and Writing programs, they cater to preschool-age children with their Lil' Genius program that starts with language and numbers.
