I was able to get booked right away. The cleaner Ms. Rodriguez arrived on time she did an amazing job. I had booked her to clean the home of my mom. I subscribed for weekly cleaning for mom and they are going to allow us to have Ms. Rodriguez as her weekly.

The customer service is amazing. I had Theresa and she did an amazing job. I had a stain in my bathroom sink I could not get out she removed it and worked so quickly. They have an app that let's you know when the cleaner is on the way you can actually track them in the app. I met her at my door. I have now booked them for my mom for clean up after the Thanksgiving holiday. It was super easy to book and they do an amazing job.

Stay away! I purchased the 4-hour Move-In/Move-Out cleaning. At the 4-hour mark, only the kitchen and lounge had been cleaned — the bathroom and bedroom of my 1 bedroom apartment were still untouched. Since these rooms are part of the advertised "move out" cleaning service, I reasonably assumed she was continuing to finish the job. She never mentioned anything about overtime charges and left at 8pm without saying I owed anything beyond my Groupon. The next day, I received an invoice for two “extra” hours I never authorized. When I explained that the cleaner never informed me of any additional charges, the company responded with aggressive, threatening messages, including threats of police reports and lawsuits. This behavior was extremely unprofessional and completely inappropriate for a billing dispute. The cleaning quality also wasn’t great. Many items were moved and not put back, and the cleaner was coughing throughout the appointment. Overall, the experience felt misleading, stressful, and far below expectations. I would strongly caution others before booking with this company.

The move-out cleaning service purchased through Groupon included four hours of labor. Upon arrival, it was determined that the condition of the property required significant extra attention due to heavy grease and buildup. At your request, our cleaner stayed for two additional hours to complete the job to your satisfaction. While we are pleased to offer discounted rates through Groupon, these promotions cover a specific block of time. Our staff must be compensated for all hours worked, especially when additional time is requested on-site. Had you not requested for the cleaner to spend 2 extra hours you would not have been billed but the cleaner does not work for free and must be fairly compensated. In future do not request extra services if you are not willing to pay. This is a business and our cleaners have to be paid for their time and you were well aware that you would have to pay for the 2 extra hours,

Do NOT use this company. Cleaner came to house but didn't do any cleaning. House is empty but I was moving back in so ordered the Move in Clean as I wanted it fresh when I arrived. Well, when I arrived the front door was unlocked, the toilet was running, and the house had not been touched by any cleaning supplies. I have several photos and contacted cleaner and owner to no avail. DO NOT HIRE

To ensure quality and accountability, we required the cleaner to take comprehensive before-and-after photos and video. The documentation provided by the cleaner confirms the home was left clean and appears significantly different from the images you shared with us. Despite this discrepancy, we advised that you contact Groupon for a full refund and informed you that we would approve the request. Because your payment was made directly to Groupon rather than to us, we cannot issue a refund ourselves. We have not redeemed your voucher; however, you have declined to request the refund through Groupon. At this stage, we have provided all available options to resolve this matter.
